All our dried fruit is premium, organic certified, naturally sun dried, NO SULPHATES, absolutely nothing added. Sourced from a number of small producers in the Northern Rivers Shire of NSW, and the Riverland region of SA. The exceptions being medjool dates and goji berries which are certified and from Morocco and China respectively. You will notice that our dried fruit is quite dark and very sweet; this is an indication of NOT having sulphur or fruit juice added in the drying process.
