We are proud to source such high quality biodynamic and organic flours from Australian mills, and mostly buy direct from these family farms. We also purchase through Biodynamic Marketing in Powelltown which is owned by the Podolinsky family, and have been pioneers in implementing Demeter certification in Australia. Our sugar is from organic sugar canes in Bundaberg, Qld and Grafton, NSW and is certified by ACO. Our coconut sugar is from Sri Lanka and directly traded with a fair trade cooperative in Kandy.
