We have also sourced a single origin, certified organic Spanish olive oil which has the richness and depth of mediterranean soil. Apple cider vinegar is biodynamic and harvested locally from Red Hill Victoria and contains a mother culture (essential if you are using it for gut health or healing). Our organic maple syrup is a premium Canadian Grade-A sourced from Quebec.
