Our brown and white rice is biodynamic and rain fed sourced from Burrum, Vic. It is delicious! Basmati and black rice is certified organic, single origin and fair trade certified from Bangalore. Our tricolour pasta from Piedmont is as simple as an organic commercial pasta can be. It’s from very small scale wheat farms, sold through a cooperative in Geneva, and bought in small quantity by an Australian/Italian family business who sells it to us.
