Our spices are certified organic, single origin, direct trade from family farms in Sri Lanka, and hand packed by us into glass jars. Weights vary between 30 and 50 grams depending on the nature and structure of the ingredient. For consistency we price the jars mostly the same. However there’s some variations when it’s significantly higher in the wholesale cost. This is the case for vanilla bean paste, rose petals, and cardamom for example.
